ACS Nano publishes study of proximal bacterial lysis and detection
Fri, 09 Aug 2013
A study led by Biomediical Engineering Ph.D. student Justin Besant focused on a device that can lyse and detect bacterial cells, and the work was recently published by ACS Nano. A novel aspect of this work was that electrochemical processes were used both for bacterial lysis and detection. Listen to the podcast about this work.
